The bar will now be under the expert management of Fiona McVeigh, who brings a wealth of experience in hospitality and management. With a deep understanding of both customer service and Cape Verdean culture, Fiona is perfectly positioned to build on Toca da Garoupa’s legacy while introducing fresh ideas and improvements. Her passion for creating memorable guest experiences will be at the heart of everything we do.
